I recently refilled my CLP600N Magenta and Cyan carts with refill kits from 123. The cyan refill seems OK but on boot-up I get an error saying "Invalid Toner Magenta" Since I refilled the original cartridge, used the specific refill kit, and replaced the chip (as far as I can tell) correctly, it seems the logical culprit must be the chip. I have e-mailed 123 twice and have been totally ignored. My printer is out of action pending fixing this problem. Totally frustrated. _________________ | David G. Stuckey MBA.
