Epson Stylus CX5800F Continious Ink System Help?

Is there any one out there who would please take the time to let me know how to try to use this Continious Ink System for my Epson Printer.
I've told 123 how and what kind of Printer I have and after taking it out of the box and seeing that it does not even look like the one that is on the box, it fits in my printer but does not reconize the cartridge and the tubes get caught up in the housing area after putting it in the way they told me too and the ink will not come through the tubes cause the printer does not reconize the the cartridge's. I would love to use it if I thought I could get it to work or return it and get somthing elese but no one is answering my call by phone or email to get some type of RMA code ? or somthing like that to return it. They say customer satisfaction is number one, & to be honest I am startting to wonder about that? Please Help Me, Anyone Please,

Hello,

Please try reinstalling the cartridges on your CIS. Try it by doing the following steps..

Remove the cartridges
Restart your printer
Install the cartridges
Be sure you hear the cartridges click into place to ensure they are securey fasten - THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP - You may really have to use force these down to hear the "click".

Restart the printer once more

PS if the unit doesn't look like the one pictured on the box, have you taken a picture and sent that to the customer service to verify if you received the correct unit?
