Dell 5100cn replacement toner poor quality

My black print quality is poor. The black is printing in a gray scale not black and there is a streak on the page. I have run all of the diagnostic tests and the other cartridges print fine. I have been using your black replacement cartridge. The black toner is full in the cartridge. When the problem started I refilled the original Dell cartridge with your toner refill kit with no improvement. I wonder if the problem is with your toner. Any idea about the problem.

has the waste toner been emptied? This can cause the black to turn into a gray haze.
