toner for 2605dn is coming out in patches

I refilled the colour toner cartridgesfor the hp 2605dn printer and it keeps printing in patches. The toner is clinging together in patches. I have shaken the bottle so many times but it still comes out in patches on the paper. The black toner does the same thing. Help!

hello,

are you using OEM and Non-OEM toner together? Compatible toners are developed with the intention to compare as much as possible to OEM toners (original toners) in both page yield and print quality.

To match the OEM quality closely, it is best to use all 4 cartridges with refilled toner, as a mix of some colors OEM and some colors refilled may not produce the perfect "overlay" of colors that will be produced with either all colors OEM or all colors compatible.

I have used the different cartridges together and on a few occasions they have worked just fine but most of the time thet come out in patches. One time i used a non oem black cartridge with the other 3 oem catridges and it printed just fine. When i refilled the black cartridge again it began making the patches, am i doing something wrong? I refill my 1012 printer all the time and this never happens,it"s only with the color printers that i encounter this problem. I also have an HP 3500 color printer and the same thing happens, can you suggest a solution because i would really like to refill those color cartridges to save some money.
