General Ink Refilling questions

Hello all,

We are a small copier business that just recently got into the ink-refilling side of things. So I have a few questions Id like to ask

1) What is the best way (or is there a product) to remove the top of HP Cartridges?

2) Where can I find replacement tops for HP Green Top (75,93,95,97) Cartridges?

currently I wedge a knife between the bottom and the cap and tap a hammer to seperate it. However this can cause damage to the cartridge and not allow it to seal correctly when finished.

To answer your first question, usually using a blade or scalpel would work just fine to remove the tops off the cartridges. As for your second question, this would actually require research on your part, we don't have a list that we could recommend (sorry).
