Refilling HP, Canon and Epson Inkjet Printers

CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME WITH SOME.REFILLING INSTRUCTIONS FOR REFILLING INK CARTRIDGES AND TONER CARTRIDGES FOR HP, CANON AND EPSON PRINTERS. I WANT SEE HOW FEASEBLE THE PROCESSES ARE BEFORE I PURCHASE THE EQUIPMENT FROM YOU. .THIS COUNTRY HAS GOT ALOT OF POYENTIAL IN THE INK REFILLING BUSINESS SINCE THE EXCHANGE RATE IS TOO HIGH THE PRICE OF ORIGINAL CATRIDGES HAS SKY ROCKETED.LEAVING THE REFILLED CARTRIDGES AS THE CHEAPEST AND MOST PRACTICAL OPTION.

Hi Kevin,

Refilling inkjet and toner cartridges on a home-user level is quite simple, almost all cartridges are made the same way therefore filled the same way. When a manufacturer makes a cartridge they fill it, then seal the hole - whether its with a plug or plastic. To refill the cartridge you need to reverse the process - expose the filling hole (or make a new one) and pour in ink (for inkjet) or toner (for lasers). There are of course some technical details, more for some cartridges than for others (like resetting a chip, or replacing a chip) etc. but this needs to be evaluated on a cartridge-by-cartridge basis as they are all somewhat different.

Uni-Kit refill kits for example come with the instructions to fill the cartridges that they cross-reference.

Refilling for a professional business however requires more equipment and expertise, such as vacuum chambers to empty old ink, steamers to clean heads and more. There are special "refill machines" for professional refill use.

1>First of all remove the cartridges from printer.
2>Turn the cartridge so that the spine with the label is facing upwards. Using the eyelet screw that came with your refil kit , carefully create a small refill hole near the top of the cartridge spine. The hole should be between the edge of the cartridge
and the bull's eye circle on the sticker label. Make sure the screw stays centered as you produce the hole.
3>Attach the needle to the syringe and then fill the syringe with 12 ml of ink. Insert the syringe needle into the refill hole you created. Inject the ink very slowly into the hole, just until the cartridge is almost, but not quite, full. Remove the syringe from the hole.
This three steps are easiest to refill any toner or cartridges of any printer.
