Question here is:
When refilling a Canon MP190 color ink cartridge or any color cartridge for that matter. I would presume that when refilling each individual color, that the syringe needs to be cleaned with the cartridge/head cleaning solution before proceeding to the next color to prevent discoloration. The ink refill directions don't state this one way or the other. Common sense dictates that this should be done...correct or incorrect? |

I am using hot water to clean printer head. it cleans the micro holes at the outlet of the printer head. _________________ Nathan p Lane |

I have used warm tap water successfully to clean out the syringe after refilling the cartridges with refill ink, to save on the cleaner solution. Then use a little of the cleaning solution at the end as a option, but doesn't appear to be really necessary, as the ink is a water based anyway. |
