This is the best quality for your money. As for how many refills, that depends on your cartridge capacity. For example, a Hewlett Packard C6657A cartridge can hold 3-5ml of ink (per color) thus giving you 6-10 refills. Please check your instruction manual to determine your cartridge capacity.
