I refill my own lexmark cartridges. But I cannot reset the low ink level
prompt that comes across my computer and printer. Any suggestions?
After refill my printer say "out of ink".
How can I reset ink level?
I refill my own cartridges too and don't know how to by pass messages that come up on screen
It is an X3580 Lexmark.
It's inconvenient to keep cancelling the warning, and after a while after a couple of refills the printer started to refuse to print and eventually wouldn't print at all, even with a new replacement cartridge |

Hello,
Some newer Lexmark's have a spyware file that records the identification number of the cartridge and once that cartridge reaches empty the printer will remember that cartridge and will not allow that cartridge to be reset. We are currently developing a reset procedure
for these Lexmark models. It's only a matter of time before the issue is resolved.
Thank you
