Thanks Back to top inkgirl Joined: 18 Aug 2005 Posts: 393 Posted: Wed Apr 01, 2009 2:28 pm    Post subject: Hello, Some newer Lexmark's have a spyware file that records the identification number of the cartridge and once that cartridge reaches empty the printer will remember that cartridge and will not allow that cartridge to be reset. We are currently developing a reset procedure for these Lexmark models. It's only a matter of time before the issue is resolved.
