Allow the printer to go through its initialization 3. If the error is still not allowing you to print remove the cartridge from the printer 4. Unplug the printer from the back (both power cord and USB cord) 5. Leave the printer unplugged for about 10-15 min 6. Plug everything back in after the time has passed 7. Start printer 8.
