I have refill CD disc, however the #61 cartridge is not on it... Any help would be appreciated. And the HP Color cartridge is refilled the same way as the HP 60 and 75 color cartridges. I'm not sure if this helps much, but if you only have CD instructions, you may want to check the CD instructions for a link their website that carry's updated instructions.
