I purchased print head cleaners for each color, but they don't seem to have done much. How can I tell if they are doing anything? I have the cartridges that are loaded with cleaning solution instead of ink. I've used them on both of the non-functioning colors and they have made no difference, I still get nothing when printing from those colors. Is there a different item called a print head cleaner? Is it a special solution? Are there different types? Where do I get it? Huge attached color & black ink volumes which enable to print thousands of pages before needing to refill. Better go to service center. By the way, do you have original cartridges or CISS?
