Is the same true on your C82 Epson cartidges. How much is in a black cartridge? only on some cartridges like some HP's (HP sometimes puts less ink in STARTER cartridges, but the cartridges can hold more. like C6658 for example can hold up to 38ml, but HP puts 19ml in starter cartridges). techincally that's right but the starter cartridges have a hydrophobic sponge on the top and when overfilled they will cause cross contamination and leakage.
