Can some one give me some advise on how to best refill the Canon Pixma 620 (CLI 221 and PGI 220 BK) ?

I have the instructions from Inktelligent, however, it does not discribe the particular Canon cardridges.

Any suggestins will be greatly appreciated.

If you try the instructions on the inkfilling.com website, you will see illustrations that can help out. This way you get an image along with the directions.

Thanks again for your help. My issue is that most of my cartridges have a small steel bearing on the top. What do you do with this. Push it in and then cover it up or what? If you can explain this to me I will make the attempt to fill these empty cartridges.

Yes, you push the ball bearing into the cartridge. You then refill from this opening, and cover it up with a silicone plug assuring that the seal is air tight. If the seal is not air tight, the cartridge will continue to leak out every last drop that was currently refilled.
