Hi! I have a Konica Minolta 5430DL. I have a toner refill kit from 123 Refills. I did the refill for all of my cartridges and all was well. Recently, my magenta toner ran out. I refilled the cartridge with the remaining toner I had on hand. Then put it back in the printer. Now the printer has the message "Toner Empty Magenta" just like before I refilled it. As a result, it will not print. Any idea how I can resolve this? Some reset switch somewhere? Thanks! If it still doesn't read, then the chip itself will have to be replaced, there is no reset procedure for this printer at this moment.
