Remove inkjet cartridge from printer; 2.) Unplug the printer (with cover open); 3.) Re-plug the printer (with cover open); 4.) Replace inkjet cartridges inside printer in this order: (K,Y,M,C); close lid; 5.) Printer goes through cleaning process.
