I received a reset chip model PMIN2400-USA for 4.5K black cartridge. Before changing chips I had a toner low warning and 6% toner remaining. After swapping chips I have the same indications. What else do I need to do?
Yes I already refilled the cartridge with toner.
Thanks,

Same thing with me, I refilled all my cartridges with new toner and replaced the chips. I purchased the refill kit over seas thinking I will pay less but unfurtunatelly I woundup paying more. They'll catch me ounce but not twice. I just order new sets of chips from inkfilling.com.
I believe there has to be a way of reseting the toner cartridge, just like my epson stylus photo 1400 ink cartridge in which I have a ink cartridge counter reseting tool. I wonder if there is one? _________________ I refilled all toner cartridges. Priter saids (toner life end cyan, magenta, yellow, black). I did replace the chips that came with the toners, but I believe that they sent the wrong chips. I'am using the original cartridges that came with my MINOLTA. |

To date I believe there isn't any reset tool like the epson inkjet cartridges for most toner cartridges. Most remanufactured cartridges use compatible chips instead of resetting the original. I believe the process of replacing the chip is easier than resetting it.
Hopefully the new chips work out for you. |
