I received the kit today (123refills) and refilled per instructions without issues, including replacing the chips. When installed in my HP Color LaserJet 2840 however, I keep getting "10.0001 Supply Error" on the printer display, followed by "Re-Install?" and a question mark for each refilled toner cartridge on the printer display. Any suggestions?

| If your having a chip issue (like this one for example), there's really no work around the problem. I would suggest you contact the store where your item was purchased to get a replacement (if its still under their warranty period). |
