1st. Can you mix the carrier with the powder on these 3110/3115 toners? OR do you really need to brake this all the way down. Cartridges are virgins.

2nd. The high capacity 3115 has the removable tape on the upper and lower
chambers. Do you Fill both chambers? My guess is yes

3rd. Is there a waste chamber that needs to be emptied?

Where can we buy these "kits" for reselling?

hello,

yes the carrier can be and is recommended to be mixxed with the toner. No do not fill both chambers, one is the waste hopper and the other side is the toner hopper. A hole should be made to access the toner hopper.
