I pushed the ball bearing in, per instructions, but now the silicone plug is not big enough to make a tight seal. What should I do?
Also, I was a watching a youtube video on refilling a Canon cartridge and he had a device to reset the chip. Is this something I will need? |

I would suggest that you contact the company that sold you the refill kit to see if they can send you replacement plugs. As for the resetter, that's something that really depends on the printer model.
If the printer model doesn't work after refilling the cartridge, and fights you on bypassing the ink levels, then you may need a resetter to reset the chip to full status, so that the printer may accept it. |
